Why this error?

Lemlist provided a file, but it's not a valid CSV or the data is corrupted.

Lembot expects a properly formatted CSV file to import your campaign data into Google Sheets. Unfortunately, this is a lemlist-side issue that Lembot cannot fix.

How to investigate?

Try to reproduce the issue manually

1. Go to your lemlist dashboard
2. Open the campaign that's causing the error
3. Download the CSV report (see how)
4. Try to open the file with Excel, Google Sheets, or a text editor

If the file opens correctly: The issue might be temporary. Try running your bot again later.

If the file is corrupted or won't open: This confirms lemlist is having trouble generating a valid report for this campaign. Contact the lemlist support team here: https://help.lemlist.com/en/

They'll be able to investigate why the export isn't working properly.
